Phone Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Phone Surveyor to join our team at Rose International. As a Phone Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting information from state residents using set questions about their health practices and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect data from residents using set questions about their health practices and behaviors.
• Work at a computer station for the entirety of your shift, calling out to resident's telephone numbers and speaking with them for their answers to questions.
• Read verbatim from the on-screen script to gather quality data and key in responses using 10-key.
• Remain neutral in any responses to residents, so as not to sway their answers.
• Be calm and neutral demeanor, self-motivated, maintain good attendance, and offer understanding and flexibility.

Requirements:

• Availability for Promotion to Lead Interviewer and Supervisor based upon performance and attendance.
• Must work on site.
• Additional Schedule requirements & details:
• We have limited daytime stations available and several evening and weekends stations available.
• We are asking for a minimum of 15 hours, and at least one weekend shift.
• Shifts available are:
• Monday through Thursday 5:00-9:00, Saturday 12:00-5:30 and Sunday 12:30-8:00
• Must attend mandatory monthly meetings (usually held the first Thursday of every month at 2:00pm and 5:30 pm)
