About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Mechanicsburg.

This full-time role involves working with students and staff to provide comprehensive psychological services that foster positive learning environments and promote student success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive tailored support.
  • Provide counseling and support to students, families, and school personnel to address academic and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to improve student outcomes through data-driven interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to track student progress.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must hold valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration with students, families, and staff.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with others and independently, utilizing their expertise to drive positive outcomes.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology is expected.
