Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the medical strategy for oncology assets, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with various teams to drive the medical plan and ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Manage global asset medical studies and programs, ensuring performance, safety, and GCP compliance.
  • Allocate resources and align priorities with the VP of GMA Oncology.
  • Develop and manage the asset budget and 5-year plan.
  • Foster patient engagement throughout the value chain.
  • Drive and manage all medical affairs activities for product indications in collaboration with global and local medical affairs and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Clinical/Science degree (ideally MD).
  • Extensive experience in oncology, developing and executing medical/scientific strategies and plans.
  • Strong leadership skills, both operationally and strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
