As a key member of our team at Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company, you will be responsible for operating custom application equipment to provide high-quality service to our grower customers. Your primary goal will be to efficiently and professionally complete applications while ensuring the safety of our equipment and the surrounding environment.

• Operate heavy equipment with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional quality work on customer fields, minimizing damage to equipment and property.
• Maintain and repair equipment entrusted to your care, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Accurately read plat maps and work orders to locate fields for application, demonstrating strong spatial awareness and navigation skills.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and customers to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
• Operate monitor software in application equipment, utilizing technical skills to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Hold a valid custom applicator license for handling restricted use pesticides.
• Possess a HazMat endorsement on your driver's license, if applicable.
• Be willing to work seasonal hours, including overtime, to meet work goals and objectives.
