Marketing Leader Opportunity in San Diego, CA

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive product marketing efforts for our Industrial & Embedded Internet of Things (IE-IoT) business unit at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA.

Job Overview:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of IoT and industry trends, as well as the ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, launch products, and drive brand recognition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business growth goals.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and effectively launch new products, solutions, and features to market.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop use-cases and customer success stories for distribution across sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop clear, compelling product presentations and collateral for sales enablement and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in technology companies, preferably in IoT.
  • Proven track record of leading and driving GTM/product launches, results-focused marketing efforts driving product and solutions leadership and brand recognition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with BU, product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Ability to understand complex and technical processes and information, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits:

Qualcomm offers a highly competitive benefits package, including a salary range of $188,000 - $282,000 per year, annual discretionary bonus program, and opportunity for annual RSU grants. This position is based in San Diego, CA, and relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
