Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of clinicians, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure that team members are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement, develop and implement strategies to address these areas, and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all clinical staff are aware of and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home care.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification.
  • Skills: Excellent observation, organization, and verbal and written communication skills; proficient in computers, Microsoft, EMR, and technology.
