Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to cover our front desk/reception for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks with ease.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment and work with a knowledgeable and experienced recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests, visitors, and employees at the front desk.
  • Assist guests with signing in via iPad, contact appropriate employees, and provide temporary badges and dosimetry badges as needed.
  • Help with lunch setup, cleanup, and coordination every Tuesday for the entire company.
  • Order meals for meetings and events as required.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Review voicemail messages and direct them to the appropriate parties or employees.
  • Assist employees with office supplies and handle various administrative requests.
  • Liaise with facilities to manage employee requests related to food, beverages, and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience.
  • Must be able to commit to the full contract period.
