Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder I to join our team at Core & Main. As a Welder I, you will play a vital role in completing customer projects that can directly save lives. You will work with your hands and take pride in your workmanship, welding various fittings to different sizes of pipe and welding joints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld various fittings to different sizes of pipe and welding joints
  • Work with manipulators, positioners, and free hand
  • Read CAD or hand drawings to calculate and accurately measure, cut, fit-up, and align piping for the welding of various configurations
  • Perform code welding

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of welding experience
  • Certification in pressure pipe welding
