Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Truck Operator to become a vital part of our team at Ryder System. This role is based in Concord, NC, and offers a range of benefits designed to support our drivers.

Compensation:
Our drivers earn an impressive weekly income of $1400, with a guaranteed minimum of $1200 per week.

Pay Structure:
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.605 per mile, averaging 1200 miles weekly.
- Solo Stops Pay: $16.80 per stop, with an average of 50 stops weekly.

Training:
Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure your success.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
- Start time is at 5:30 AM.

Route Details:
- Deliveries primarily within NC, SC, and occasional TN.
- Home daily for optimal work-life balance.

Equipment:
- Trailers: Dry Van, ranging from 35' to 53'.
- Tools: Electric/Manual Pallet Jack, Straps & Hooks, and Dolly.

Freight Type:
- Touch freight, primarily flooring materials such as carpet and hardwood.

- Uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowance provided.
