Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at our Hickory, NC learning center. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized behavior plans developed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one with our clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans developed by BCBAs
  • Work one-on-one with clients, providing support and guidance
  • Collect data and conduct assessments as needed
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance (in some cases)
