Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication
Requirements
  • Current California RN license
  • At least one year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Neuro experience and skills in 3s-4s checklist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • National Institute of Health (NIH) certification
  • Experience with specialized equipment and technology in the ICU setting
