- Utilize hand and power tools to accurately fit, align, and secure components.
- Execute precision measurements with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
- Conduct functional testing on assembled products to verify operational integrity.
- Inspect components and assemblies for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve assembly-related issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of assembly processes and quality inspections.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to address technical challenges.
