The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of projects, while managing relationships with both owners and subcontractors.

This role may involve supervision of a single large project or multiple smaller projects. The Senior Project Manager will also provide direction and mentorship to on-site personnel.

The position requires strong business management skills and a proven ability to lead, organize, and manage time effectively, along with excellent communication and client service capabilities.


Required Qualifications for Senior Project Manager:
Demonstrated experience in financial operations and corporate cost management

8+ years of experience in reviewing, executing, and managing prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, including facilitating and participating in contract negotiations with all relevant parties.

8+ years of substantial experience in managing heavy civil infrastructure projects

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
