What You'll Do
  • We are seeking Part-Time Lane Servers who will provide world-class service to our guests by interacting with them, serving food and beverages, and promoting our signature menus and special offers.
A Lane Server's Day-to-Day
  • You'll take orders, deliver food and drinks, and close out transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and share that knowledge with our guests to enhance their experience.
  • Routinely check in with guests to ensure they're satisfied and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to the overall tidiness of the center.
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Recommend and upsell our center experience to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
  • A commitment to providing great guest service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage, estimated at $12-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience. As a Lane Server, you'll enjoy a fun and dynamic work environment, opportunities for advancement, and access to exclusive employee perks and discounts. Estimated annual salary: $24,960 - $31,200
