Job Summary:

We are seeking a Packaging Operator to join our team at the distribution center in Three Trails Industrial Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for repacking product to produce "mix packs" and ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to both external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repacking of product to produce "mix packs"
  • Unpack full cans onto rework tables by hand, place finished can packs into trays, and stack beer trays (cases) onto pallets
  • Keep all work areas clean and organized
  • Adhere to all company safety policies
  • Notify the packaging manager or line lead if anybody is acting in an unsafe manner
  • Perform periodic visual checks to assure the quality of the finished product in accordance with the quality checklist
  • Be present and ready to perform duties by the scheduled time and available to work a minimum of 2 hours overtime if required

Requirements:

  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to continuously lift under 20 lbs.; up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule when necessary
  • Work with integrity and work ethically

Working Conditions:

The Packaging Operator will work primarily 7am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime required. Saturday work may be necessary.
