Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine the extent of liability and potential damages.
- Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims decisions.
- Communicate with claimants and other parties involved in the claims process to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims resolution or a related field.
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices, including relevant laws and regulations.
