Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Personal Care Specialist. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses to provide one-on-one care to our clients in Cape Coral. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing physician-prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for our patients
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and coordinate care with our healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have an active RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of Florida and current CPR certification from American Red Cross or equivalent. Additionally, you should have six months prior hands-on nursing experience and reliable transportation.

Benefits

Aveanna Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:
