We are seeking a skilled Bar Operations Specialist to join our team at Two One Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down the bar, including securing liquor and properly storing fruit and juices.
• Efficiently accept drink orders from guests and servers, crafting cocktails to our Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
• Complete all opening and closing duties, including cleaning floors and trashcans and steaming them when necessary.
• Ensure all glassware is cleaned and replaced as needed, and stock ice at all stations.
• Manage the inventory of soda, juices, and beer, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
