Lead a Team to Success

JASON NEAL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience, we are a leader in our industry and offer a unique opportunity for growth and development.

The role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing your team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional results.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and guide team activity, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reports on field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our organization's success.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
