Job Overview

AiNow Technologies is seeking a skilled Wireless Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for completing on-site field work activities associated with small cell construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials and equipment for each project to ensure safe and efficient completion.
  • Perform field work in accordance with client work orders, including installation of radios, antennas, coax, and fiber.
  • Document information associated with each work activity and report information after completing field work.
  • Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable reports and instructions.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to drive a company vehicle with or without trailering.

Equivalent Education/Experience

  • Graduation from High School or equivalent.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Utility, or Tower Construction field, or related fields preferred but not required.
  • OSHA-10 Certification preferred but not required.

CPR/First Aid preferred but not required.
