Job Title: Lead Configuration Manager

Overview

Astrion, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Configuration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Configuration Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DoD Configuration management standards, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain program office Configuration Management policy and plans
  • Review and ensure adequacy of configuration management documentation submitted by contractors
  • Organize and conduct program office Configuration Control Boards with program leadership
  • Interface and coordinate with multiple Integrated Product Teams
  • Track approved changes from CCB disposition to implementation in the contract
  • Maintain a configuration management database for all proposed changes and ECPs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 3 to 10 years of experience
  • Current Top Secret Security Clearance required (US Citizenship required)
  • Knowledge of management of data on DOD contracts including the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Experience in configuration management associated with DoD contracts for the acquisition of systems
