Vaco is seeking a highly skilled SAP Purchase Order Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from purchase order creation to invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Order Management
    • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
    • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the accounts payable/receivable process.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial operations.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, procurement, or financial operations.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of SAP and other financial systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
