About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.

The selected RN will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room workflow
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient education and care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
  • Current RN licensure required
  • Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience
  • CNOR certification a plus
