- Communicate with Guests and Staff: Interact with guests and other casino departments in a professional and courteous manner to ensure a positive experience for all.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train EVS staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three Years' Experience in Housekeeping or EVS: Three years' experience in housekeeping or EVS is required.
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required to effectively supervise and coordinate EVS staff.
- Ability to Read and Interpret Documents: The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required.
- Ability to Write Routine Reports: The ability to write routine reports and correspondence is required.
- Ability to Speak Effectively: The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees is required.
- Previous Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Successful Completion of FireKeepers Casino Hotel Track Training Programs: Successful completion of any of the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Track Training programs is preferred.
