Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated sales professional specializing in residential and light commercial heating and cooling solutions. This role operates on a commission basis.


ROLE SUMMARY:


The selected candidate will be tasked with consistently surpassing sales targets while delivering exceptional service to our clientele.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Sales and Client Engagement:
    1. Availability to conduct two to three client meetings daily, five to six days a week, depending on workload.
    2. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client schedules.
    3. Master and apply the 10-step Home Comfort Design Sales Process. Adhere to Established Protocols
    4. Regularly report on sales performance metrics (KPIs).
    5. Complete all necessary sales documentation, including contracts, financing forms, heat load calculations, installation notes, and rebate applications.
    6. Conduct daily follow-ups with prospective clients.
    7. Perform satisfaction calls after installations to ensure client happiness.
    8. Engage in lead generation activities, including referrals, database outreach, and follow-up communications.
    9. Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
    10. Attend lead generation events such as home expos or community gatherings.
    11. Conduct heat load evaluations during client visits.

This position does not require technical expertise; necessary skills will be provided through training.
