Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including removing empty cardboard and disposing of trash.
  • Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor, ensuring that products are accurately restocked and facing is maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
