Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in nephrology care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with our PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery and provide support as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
