Job Summary:

BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a leading provider of title insurance and escrow services, seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Precloser. As a Precloser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth completion of title transactions, working closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear all title liens, payoffs, releases, and confirmations of judgment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of title work.
• Send signed authorizations to borrowers/sellers, as required, and track completion of information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may impact title transactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with real estate procedures is a plus, but not required.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
