Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values in every interaction with guests and team members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and guest safety, adhering to our high standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu, from classic cocktails to gourmet dishes, and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in mixology techniques, including free pouring, flair, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, efficient inventory management, and accurate order preparation.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide guests with personalized recommendations and enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of bartending experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, team members, and management.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
