Our team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. As a Habilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing daily support and care to individuals in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication administration, assessing clients' health, communicating with physicians and ancillary services, and acting as a shift supervisor when necessary. You will also provide daily support with activities such as personal hygiene and meal preparation. We offer a competitive starting wage of $20.80/hr, with a first raise after 90 days. Our benefit package includes dental, medical, life, and vision insurance for employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week. Additionally, we offer free telephone/video medical appointments for staff and family through TeleDoc.
