Lhh Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team of attorneys. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance in civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist 3-5 attorneys with various civil litigation tasks.
  • Manage court filings and documentation for both State and Federal courts.
  • Utilize the firm’s calendaring and litigation support resources effectively.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and memos from various sources.
  • Ensure timely calendaring of critical deadlines and court appearances.
  • Work onsite to maintain collaboration with the legal team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a litigation environment.
  • Proficient in filing court documents using One Legal and navigating the Federal CM/ECF system.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $92,000. Additional benefits include comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), a Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care options, a 401(k) match, profit-sharing plans, and 16 vacation/sick days to start.
