Role Overview: As a Bilingual Field Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and managing property and casualty claims. Your duties will include determining liability, gathering necessary information, reviewing coverage details, coordinating appraisals, and settling claims efficiently.

Customer Commitment: You will play a vital role in supporting the Claim Division's objectives, which focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining industry leadership. Collaborating with agencies to provide seamless claim service is essential.

Claims Management: This position involves handling moderately complex claims primarily in the field, specifically targeting homeowner property claims within the specified market areas.

Company Vehicle: A company fleet vehicle will be provided for your use in this role.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $90,000, with variations based on job level and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer policy activities for new business, renewals, and policy modifications.
  • Execute system entry processes for new policies or changes across multiple platforms.
  • Address inquiries from customers or agents with professionalism.
  • Generate necessary correspondence and policy documentation.
  • Provide on-the-job training as required.
  • Assist call center operations during peak demand or problem escalation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and support.
  • Basic understanding of underwriting, servicing, or billing guidelines.
  • Experience with reference materials, policy language, and processing rules.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, demonstrated through assessments.
  • Preferred experience in writing estimates using Xactimate (1-3 years).
  • Ability to pass a Spanish language proficiency assessment.

Work Environment: This role is primarily home-based, with approximately 80% of your time spent working remotely or in the field managing claims. Occasional travel to an office may be required for team meetings and training sessions.
