Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with concrete mix design, testing methodologies, and quality assurance protocols.
- Experience with relevant testing equipment and quality control instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards related to concrete.
- Preferred certifications include ACI (American Concrete Institute) or other industry-recognized credentials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address quality challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise testing, data documentation, and compliance with specifications.
- Previous leadership experience in managing a quality control team is advantageous.
