Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Several years of relevant experience in quality assurance within the concrete or construction sector.
  • Familiarity with concrete mix design, testing methodologies, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Experience with relevant testing equipment and quality control instruments.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards related to concrete.
  • Preferred certifications include ACI (American Concrete Institute) or other industry-recognized credentials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address quality challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise testing, data documentation, and compliance with specifications.
  • Previous leadership experience in managing a quality control team is advantageous.
