Pulmonary Specialist Opportunity in Tennessee

This is a hospital-employed position with a salary guarantee for the first year. Following that, salary is based on work Relative Value Units (wRVU) without any cap.
Job DescriptionThe role involves a hybrid schedule with two weeks of responsibilities in pulmonary medicine followed by two weeks of critical care responsibilities.
Critical care scheduling is 7 days on and then a full week off. This ensures a healthy work-life balance for the physician.
Pulmonary specialists will have the opportunity to work in an established full pulmonary practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Salary DetailsWe are offering a competitive salary that is wRVU-based, ensuring that the physician's compensation is directly tied to their performance.
In addition to the guaranteed salary for the first year, the physician can earn more as they deliver high-quality patient care and generate revenue for the practice.
Average annual salary: $450,000 - $600,000, depending on wRVU production.
