  • Creating an unforgettable guest experience by providing personalized service, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Leading from the floor to create a fun, safe, and healthy environment where team members can learn, grow, and thrive.
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and effort.
  • Providing expert knowledge to guests, team members, and vendors on juicing, healthy eating, and the Raw Juce lifestyle.
  • Operating the business in accordance with our strict standards, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing and moving through the store for the majority of a shift, with occasional lifting of items weighing up to 60lbs.
