At Kendall Auto Group, we're seeking a skilled Service Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fielding phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Connecting clients with the correct service advisor
  • Taking messages and scheduling service recall appointments
  • Greeting clients in person and providing a warm welcome

Requirements:

  • High level of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable on the phone, handling up to 30 calls per hour
