About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, providing personal care assistance, companionship, and support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments, promoting community integration and socialization
  • Engage clients in their favorite hobbies and activities, fostering a sense of purpose and enjoyment
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, to promote independence and self-sufficiency
  • Participate in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise and stress management

Requirements
