Job Description

The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to K-5 students, collaborating closely with other SLPs and educational staff to enhance service delivery and meet the needs of students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Therapy Services: Provide speech therapy services to students in need, tailoring treatment plans to each individual's requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the school environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, aligning with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop targeted treatment plans to address each student's unique needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Indiana Speech Language Pathologist licensure and professional liability insurance.
  • Prior experience working with elementary students (K-5), particularly in speech therapy, is preferred but not required.
