Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Packaging Strategies: Lead the development of 'fit for purpose' packaging platforms that maximize desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to troubleshoot key quality or manufacturing issues.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a strategic cell leadership team member and influencer for cell core growth and innovation projects.
  • Packaging Specifications and Prototyping: Develop detailed packaging specifications to ensure quality materials and best value for money on all packaging components used at our facilities, co-packers, and co-manufacturers.
  • Supplier Management: Manage packaging suppliers to ensure proper execution of projects and recommend/qualify new ones when appropriate.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with global counterparts to spot opportunities for scale, ensure sharing of best practices, and coordinate key activities.
  • Work Management and Measurement: Manage and measure work for themselves as well as T1 and T2 Packaging Engineers on Strategic Cell activities.
