Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist

Role Summary:
As a Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist at Soar, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
- Developing and executing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving the communication abilities of children aged 2-6, employing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and instruments.
- Collaborating extensively with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Actively involving families in the treatment process by providing them with education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development.
- Regularly evaluating and documenting the progress of each child, fine-tuning interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- Demonstrated passion for advancing the standard of autism therapy.
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- License to practice speech pathology in the state of Arizona or Colorado.
- Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
- Ability to connect and engage with young children.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $77,500 - $95,000.
