Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and colleagues
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
