Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at REV Group. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical components in our emergency vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and wire electrical components, including harnesses, cables, and switch panels.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
  • Assemble and test electrical components to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Inspect wiring installations and assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Use hand and air tools, as well as power tools and machinery, to perform electrical work.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in automotive electrical installation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with emergency vehicle electrical systems, work order interpretation, and engineering interpretation.
  • Advanced automotive mechanical knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and work in a variety of positions, including standing, climbing, and bending.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and safety. The employee will be working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level is elevated, and the employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, earplugs, and closed-toe shoes.
