Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Associate to enhance our sales team. This role is pivotal in guiding potential buyers through the purchasing journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with prospects through our established CRM system and executing lead generation strategies in alignment with our company's success framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and financial considerations for purchasing a new home.
- Present model homes and available properties to potential clients, emphasizing the unique features and advantages of each home and community.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process with prospects utilizing our CRM system.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contract to final closing, including negotiating purchase agreements and supervising the home construction phase.
- Establish and nurture relationships with buyers, ensuring outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and sales enhancement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A valid North Carolina Real Estate License is mandatory.
