About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing primary and family care to our patients. You'll have the autonomy to run your own practice, with the support of our collaborative and organized team. Our Advanced Practice Providers enjoy a range of benefits, including flexibility with scheduling, work-life balance, and exceptional tools and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and management of health problems for our patients.
  • Perform routine examinations, health screenings, and behavioral health and wellness services.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
