Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at ShopRite. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging baked goods for our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack out product into display cases to ensure a visually appealing presentation
  • Rotate product to ensure freshness and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensure accurate signage for the department to inform customers of available products
  • Prepare trays to Company's and customer's satisfaction, adhering to quality and presentation standards
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations as they pertain to the Bakery operation
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
