Job Overview

Client Relations

 Uphold exceptional standards of client service consistently; serve as a role model for colleagues and strive to exceed expectations to ensure a positive experience for every patient.

Patient Consultation and Care

 Engage with aesthetic clients to provide tailored recommendations for injectables, neurotoxins, and skincare treatments based on a thorough assessment and evaluation. Address any inquiries they may have, fostering their confidence by acting as a knowledgeable, professional, and supportive advisor.

 Collaborate with each patient to create personalized plans that align with their aesthetic and wellness aspirations. Work alongside the medical director to formulate recommendations and treatment strategies for all wellness clients under your supervision.

 Stay informed about all 4Ever Young products and services to effectively respond to patient inquiries and make informed recommendations. Conduct Good Faith Exams as mandated by state regulations.

 Administer injectable therapies (including neurotoxins and dermal fillers) in a clinical setting that prioritizes professionalism. Perform pellet insertions for hormone replacement therapy patients, along with product demonstrations and injections.

 Conduct annual physical examinations for all wellness clients.

 Execute all phlebotomy responsibilities within your center, with assistance from your medical assistant; provide all IV therapies, controlled testosterone injections, and vitamin injections.

 Safeguard patient confidentiality; adhere to HIPAA and medical compliance standards at all times, including the management of patient documentation and records as well as communications.

 Ensure patient safety, comfort, and a seamless flow of care within your center at all times.

 Maintain precise charting and clinical documentation for every patient under your care; update all patient records in accordance with 4Ever Young's timing policies (typically on the same day) and ensure all medical staff members do the same.

 Exhibit teamwork; assist without being prompted, contribute wherever necessary, and fulfill responsibilities as needed.

Sales Acumen

 Familiarize yourself with 4Ever Young membership options and promotions to provide recommendations that could help patients save money, enhance results, or explore new treatments that may suit their needs.

Operational Duties

 Adhere to 4Ever Young protocols for patient check-in, check-out, room assignments, follow-ups, and other daily operational tasks.

 Collaborate with the center manager and medical team to ensure that adequate inventory of products, medical supplies, and other necessary materials is consistently maintained.

 Comply with 4Ever Young's dress code while on duty or representing the company in the community; uphold a professional appearance and high standards at all times.

 Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise, consistently prioritizing safety, compliance, and the patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administering neuromodulators.
