We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tennis Coach to join our team at TGA Premier Sports in Northern Westchester. As a Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for teaching the game of tennis to kids aged 5-14 in a fun and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach tennis lessons to kids in a group or private setting
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote skill development and sportsmanship
- Communicate effectively with parents and kids to ensure a positive experience
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve program goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve coaching skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in education or related field preferred
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with kids and coaching sports
- Reliable source of transportation
