Form Energy, Inc. is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our talent acquisition, talent management, and other people-related functions through insightful data analytics, storytelling, and the development of robust data dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain interactive data dashboards that provide real-time insights and reporting for HR and business leaders.
  • Create compelling data-driven stories that communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of people analytics experience with experience in applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and other people database technologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and data governance and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in order to explain and present data visually in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
