We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our Contracts and Compliance Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of information and maintaining compliance with both employee and community provider records and information.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Maintain a Contract Status Log, file/maintain hard copies and electronic contract documents, and prepare less complex contracts for signature/distribution.
  • Contract Database Management: Scan and input new and renewal contracts & related documents (e.g., contracts, insurance, certificates, addendums, renewals, business associate agreements, etc.) into TractManager. Set critical date reminders for expirables' due dates and manage vendor employee contract required documents.
  • Compliance: Review daily MediTract Alerts and request expiring documents from Vendors (Insurance, medical forms, licenses/certificates, etc.). Verify new vendors are not on any exclusion lists and review/resolve exclusion report search findings. Prepare, distribute, and track Vendor Evaluation Forms for signatures.

Qualifications:

  • High school education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of contract experience.
  • Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing long-term care operational standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
