Job Title: Admissions Registered Nurse

At Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Home Care team, you will be responsible for completing admissions and visits for our patients, providing high-quality care and support in their home environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work as an Admissions Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will have a strong background in home care, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in an acute care or home health environment. The ideal candidate will be able to travel within a geographic area serviced by our office, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete admissions and visits for patients in their home environment
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Travel within a geographic area serviced by our office
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school for RN and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in an acute care or home health environment
  • Evidence of current CPR certification
  • Experience in Home Care to include OASIS; minimum 1 year experience preferred
